Description: Wel-Cote Celu-Stix Vinyl Paste is a non-staining, heavy-duty cellulose adhesive compound formulated for use with vinyl, fabric and burlap wall coverings. It is easy to mix, easy to apply and provides ample working time.

Surface Preparation: Prime and size existing wall surfaces prior to application of new wall covering.

Mixing: Mix at a 2:1 ratio of product to water. Mix with clean water in a clean container for best results. Warm water will dissolve powder faster than cold water. Do not mix more paste than can be used in 1 day.

Application: Apply paste liberally to the back of the wall covering. Fold the pasted section so that the unpasted side is to the inside and touching the other unpasted side.

Equipment: Use a pasting brush or 4" or larger paint brush to apply paste.

Finishes: After wall covering has been applied, use a squeegee to remove air pockets from the wall covering. Work from the inside out, making sure that you do not force all of the paste out from behind the wall covering. Wipe up excess paste with a clean damp cloth.

Dry time: Wall covering can be repositioned within the first 10-15 minutes after application. Allow 24 hours of dry time.

Coverage (approximate): 4 oz. of powder will make enough paste to hang 5 to 6 rolls of wall covering.

Caution: In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if redness or swelling persists. Wash hands after handling, and before eating.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
