Description: Wel-Cote Celu-Stix Wallpaper Paste is a non-staining cellulose adhesive formulated to provide superior adhesion.

Surface Preparation: Remove all previous wall covering(s). Use warm water and Wel-Cote Trisodium Phosphate, or other suitable cleaner, to remove old paste from wall. Prime and size wall after cleaning and prior to applying new wall covering.

Mixing: Mix powder in a clean bucket with clean water. Warm water will dissolve the powder faster than cold water.

Application: Apply paste to the back of the new wall covering. Fold the strip so that the unpasted sides are folded on each other.

Equipment: Use a pasting brush or wide paint brush to apply paste.

Finishes: Use a squeegee to smooth out the wall covering, making sure to work from the inside out.

Dry time: Wall covering can be repositioned after application in the first 5-10 minutes. Allow to dry for 24 hours.

Coverage (approximate): 4 oz. will cover 10-12 rolls of wall covering depending on the porosity of the wall covering.

Caution: In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if redness or swelling persists. Wash hands after handling, and before eating.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
