Description: Wel-Cote Primer Sealer is a high quality interior latex primer sealer for new and old walls or ceilings.

Surface Preparation: Surface should be dry, clean and dust free. Wel-Cote Joint Compounds are ideal for patching and repairing irregular wall problems,

Mixing: Thoroughly stir before use.

Application: Apply Primer Sealer to clean dry walls when temperature is 40° F or higher. This material can be thinned with clean water to correct for evaporation.

Equipment: Wel-Cote Primer Sealer can be applied with a brush, roller or spray equipment.

Finishes: Primer Sealer can be tinted with any water-based pigments

Dry time: Allow 2 hours of dry time, depending on temperature and humidity, before applying finish coat.

Coverage (approximate): 400 ft² per gallon depending on porosity of surface.

Caution: Do not freeze.

Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
