Description: Wel-Cote Stucco and Cement Patch is a white cement-based product that is ideal for filling and repairing cracks and holes in stucco, masonry, and concrete walls, inside and out. It dries to a bright white finish and can be painted in 24 hours.

Surface Preparation: Surface should be free of all loose material, dirt and oil. Dampen surface prior to application.

Mixing: Mix 1 pint (16 oz.) of water per 4lbs. of powder. For hairline cracks, increase water slightly to produce a thinner material. Do not add too much water, as material set and performance will be affected.

Application: Apply Stucco and Cement patch to damp surface. Material should fill area to be patched, but do not overlap the existing surface.

Equipment: Wel-Cote Stucco and Cement Patch can be applied with a putty knife or trowel.

Finishes: Stucco and Cement Patch can be smoothed or textured to match the existing surface.

Dry time: Allow 24 hours before painting.

Coverage (approximate): A 25lb. Bag will cover 15ft² at ¼" thickness.

Caution: Contains Portland cement and lime. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if redness or swelling persists. Wash hands after handling, and before eating.

Warning: Keep Out of Reach of Children. Do Not Take Internally. Avoid Getting in Eyes.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
