Description: Wel-Cote Trisodium Phosphate is an economical, general-purpose cleaner for interior or exterior painted walls and woodwork, floors, and ceramic tile.

Surface Preparation: Remove loose material prior to application.

Mixing: Add 2 tablespoons of trisodium phosphate to 1 quart of water. If a stronger solution is desired, add up to 4 tablespoons per quart of water.

Application: Apply solution directly to the surface to be cleaned. Rinse surface with clean water after use.

Equipment: Use a brush, sponge or plastic sprayer to apply solution.

Dry time: Allow surface to dry completely before painting or applying wall cover.

Caution: Product is alkaline. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection when handling. Wash hands after handling, and before eating.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
