Description: Wel-Cote All Purpose Wall covering Adhesive is a non-staining, cellulose-based adhesive developed for hanging a broad range of wall coverings, from papers and silks to lightweight fabric-backed vinyl.

Surface Preparation: All surfaces must be smooth, dry and structurally sound. Clean surface of all traces of dirt, oil or other contaminants. Rinse with clean water and allow surface to dry thoroughly. Textured and sand finished walls should be made smooth. Glossy surfaces may be prepared by sanding. Prime all surfaces with a quality oil-based or water-based primer. If surface has a covering, it should be stripped. Remove old adhesive and wash surface with a cleaner such as Wel-Cote TSP. After cleaning, wipe down with clean water.

Mixing: Stir before using. Product does not need to be thinned. Use straight from the container.

Application: Adhesive should be applied evenly, making sure all surfaces are coated. Follow instructions supplied with your wall covering, or contact your supplier for proper hanging instructions. Wipe up any excess adhesive with a damp sponge.

Equipment: Apply with a pasting brush or large paintbrush.

Dry time: Allow 24 hours to completely dry.

Coverage (approximate): One gallon will treat six to eight rolls.

Caution: In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if redness or swelling persists. Wash hands after handling, and before eating.

Warning: Keep Out of Reach of Children. Do Not Take Internally. Avoid Getting in Eyes.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
