Description: Wel-Cote Dry Powder Wall Size is an excellent sealer for use under all types of wall coverings. It seals and evens the porosity of the wall surface prior to applying the wall covering. Wall Size increases slippage for easier positioning and hanging of wall coverings.

Surface Preparation: Surface should be clean and free of all dirt, dust, loose material and previous wall coverings.

Mixing: Add 4 quarts of water to a clean 2-gallon pail. Slowly sift contents of this package into water and stir until smooth. Add 6 more pints of water and stir until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes before using. If thinner size is desired, add water in small increments.

Application: Apply Wall Size to the wall with a brush or roller, making sure that the entire surface is covered. Let Wall Size dry thoroughly before applying wall covering. Do not use if wall temperature is below 40° F.

Equipment: Use a brush or short nap roller to apply Wall Size.

Dry time: Usually 3- 4 hours.

Caution: In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if redness or swelling persists. Wash hands after handling, and before eating.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
