Description: Wel-Cote Latex Concrete Patch

Is a polymer-fortified material used for making repairs on all types of concrete, stone, brick and other masonry construction. It is easy to apply with either a trowel or putty knife. It is self-curing, quick setting, and will not chip or crack. It is a natural concrete color and can be used either indoors or out.

Surface Preparation: Surface should be free of dirt and any loose material. Large patches should be primed with Latex Bond from enclosed container. Surface temperature must be 40° F before application.

Mixing: The pail contains a smaller container of liquid Latex Bond. Mix the liquid with the powder to a paste consistency. Approximately 1 part liquid to 3 parts powder. Use less liquid for patches 1 inch thick or greater. Mix only enough material that can be used in 30 minutes or less.

Application: Apply material to the patch using either a putty knife or trowel. It is advisable to fill deep crevices in two or more applications, allowing 2 hours between applications. If priming patch with Latex Bond first, allow 15 minutes of dry time before applying patch.

Equipment: Wel-Cote Latex Concrete Patch can be applied with a trowel, putty knife or any thin flat object.

Finishes: Wel-Cote Latex Concrete Patch can be smooth-finished by floating the product until it is set. A rough finish can be applied by sweeping with a stiff brush after the material is firm.

Dry time: Allow 2 hours of dry time before walking or driving on patch. Allow 2 days of dry time before covering with a latex paint. Allow 28 days of dry time before covering with epoxy.

Coverage (approximate): 2 lbs. of dry product will fill approximately 1ft² at ¼ inch depth when mixed.

Caution: Wear NIOSH approved respirator when mixing product. This product contains naturally occurring Crystalline Silica that has been identified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer as a Carcinogen. Emergency Product Safety Information: 800-821-7352

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
