Description: Wel-Cote Latex Patch and Floor Underlayment is a specially compounded material used for repairing all types of concrete, stone, brick and masonry surfaces. It dries to a natural concrete color and will not chip or crack.

Surface Preparation: Surface must be free of all loose material and above 40° F. Thoroughly flush the surface to be repaired with water prior to application.

Mixing: Mix approximately one part of water to 3 parts of Latex Patch and Floor Underlayment. Mix only as much material as can be used within 30 minutes.

Application: Apply Latex Patch and Floor Underlayment to the damp surface with a trowel or putty knife. The material can be applied as thin as 1/32 of an inch, up to 1 inch. Fill deep cracks with two or more applications, allowing 2 hours setting time between applications.

Equipment: Latex Patch and Floor Underlayment can be applied with a trowel, putty knife or any thin flat object.

Finishes: Latex Patch and Floor Underlayment can be floated to a smooth finish, or brushed to provide a rough surface to match the surrounding area.

Dry time: Allow 4 hours of dry time before driving or walking on patch. Allow 72 hours of dry time before painting with a latex paint, and 28 days of dry time before painting with epoxy paint.

Coverage (approximate): 1lb. of Latex Patch and Floor Underlayment will cover approximately 1.5 ft² at ¼ " depth.

Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
