Description: Wel-Cote Masonry Plug is quick-setting hydraulic cement for use on basement walls or floors where water enters under pressure. It’s also ideal for anchoring bolts in concrete or masonry walls or floors, for patching concrete floors, sealing cracks at the junction of the floor and the wall and cisterns.

Surface Preparation: Clean cracks and holes to be patched thoroughly. Enlarge small cracks to at least ¼" with a masonry chisel. Make bottom of crack wider than the top. If crack is actively leaking water, wet area to be patched prior to application.

Mixing: In a clean container mix with cold tap water to the consistency of heavy putty. Roll material in hands until it begins to get warm.

Application: Apply material into place with a putty knife or small trowel. Dampen the area to be repaired prior to application of Masonry Plug. Smooth after application.

Equipment: Wel-Cote Masonry plug can be applied by hand or with a small trowel or putty knife.

Finishes: Masonry Plug can be smoothed after application with a putty knife or trowel.

Dry time: Allow 24 hours of dry time before painting.

Coverage (approximate): One pound of Masonry Plug will fill a ½"x ½"crack approximately 7ft. long.

Caution: This product contains Portland cement. In case of contact with eyes, flood eyes with water and seek immediate medical attention. Wear NIOSH approved respirator when mixing product. This product contains naturally occurring Crystalline Silica that has been identified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer as a Carcinogen. Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be uniform and of the highest quality. Welco shall not assume any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any loss caused by application of this product not in accordance with directions. All labor costs are excluded from this warranty. Welco liability under this warranty shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the quantity of Welco product used with respect to which damages may be claimed. All claims shall be considered null and void unless submitted within 30 days from date of alleged defect.
